Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using AIBot ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service is operated by AITG Sdn Bhd (202601016521 / 1678618-W).

2. Acceptable use

You may use AIBot only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to send spam, engage in fraud, violate intellectual property rights, or in any manner that could harm AITG Sdn Bhd or third parties.

3. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All fees are non-refundable except as required by Malaysian consumer law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITG Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
