Do I need to know coding to use AIBot?+
No. Setting up AIBot requires pasting one line of code into your website — nothing more. If your website is on WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow, there are step-by-step guides. If you can edit a page, you can install AIBot.
Which languages does AIBot support?+
AIBot is built for Malaysian communication. It understands and replies naturally in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien), Manglish, and code-switching. No language configuration is required.
How quickly can I have a chatbot on my website?+
Most users are live within 5 minutes. Create your account, customise the widget name and colour, then paste the embed code. The widget is live as soon as the page is saved.
Can I customise what the bot says and how it behaves?+
Yes. You set the bot name, brand colour, greeting message, and AI persona (e.g. Customer Support, Sales Advisor). For deeper customisation — specific FAQs, product knowledge, or custom flows — upload a document and AIBot answers from it directly.
How does lead capture work?+
AIBot presents a short form (name, email, phone) before or during the conversation. Leads are saved to your dashboard and an email alert is sent to you immediately. No CRM integration is required to start — just a working email address.
What happens when AIBot cannot answer a question?+
AIBot knows its limits. If it's not confident, it tells the customer it will get back to them, then sends you an escalation alert with the full conversation transcript so you can follow up personally.
Is customer data stored securely?+
Yes. All conversations and lead data are stored on servers located within the region and are encrypted at rest and in transit. AIBot is designed with PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act 2010) compliance in mind.
