AIBot is operated by AITG Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202601016521 / 1678618-W), a company incorporated in Malaysia. References to "we", "us", or "AIBot" in this policy refer to AITG Sdn Bhd.

2. What data we collect

We collect data you provide directly (name, email, company when you join the waitlist or contact us) and data generated automatically (usage analytics, IP address, browser type). Chat conversation content may be stored to improve AIBot's responses.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve AIBot, send product updates you've opted into, and comply with our legal obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with sub-processors required to operate AIBot (e.g. hosting, analytics, email delivery) under data processing agreements.

5. Your rights
